  • Guest：Has loads of stairs!!!!!!!!!!!! Not great if you have heavy luggage.

  • Guest：This hotel chain allows you to secure a private room in the heart of Singapore at a relatively low cost. I had a good experience staying at the same hotel (another branch) in Tanjong Pagar previously, so this time I chose the Chinatown location. Here are my thoughts: Pros ? Location: Only a 5-6 minute walk from Chinatown MRT station (Purple Line and Downtown Line). ? Amenities: Access to a kitchen (cooking possible) and a refrigerator. ? Dining Access: Excellent access to various dining options/restaurants. ? Cleanliness: Relatively well-maintained and clean. ? Shower: Adequate water pressure and temperature. Cons ? Noise Isolation: The rooms are essentially divided by thin walls, meaning noise from the adjacent room is clearly audible. ? Key Card: The room's card key setup makes it impossible to charge your phone (or other devices) while you are in the shower or out of the room. ? Room Size: The room is small (I could barely open my 100L suitcase when standing it upright). ? Power Outlets: Only Type BF electrical sockets are available. ? Lighting: The lighting is weak, making the room somewhat dim. Additional Note on Pricing The cost for a 3-night stay in early November 2025 was SGD 201.45, which was purchased as a flight-and-hotel package, including a discount.
